I'm Kaitlin Nelson, a dedicated health researcher based in Vancouver, B.C., with a focus on women's health and well-being. I hold a Master of Science in Experimental Medicine from the University of British Columbia, where I led a 6-month clinical study exploring an innovative treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). With a background in kinesiology and psychology, I bring a unique lens to health research — combining body-based knowledge with critical thinking and community connection. Research Coordinator

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Centre for Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation Research (CeMCOR), I coordinated a 6-month phase II feasibility trial exploring cyclic progesterone and spironolactone treatment on quality of life in people living with androgenic polycystic ovary syndrome. My role involved supporting participants, managing data, navigating ethics approvals, and creatively translating our findings into meaningful resources like academic publications, podcasts, and social media posts.
